Un an après Murder by Contract , Irving Lerner retrouve son personnage principal, Vince Edwards, pour un nouveau film noir au suspense haletant. Un scénar qui n'aurait pas déplu à l'ami Jack Bauer puisqu'il s'agit de traquer en plein L.A. un prisonnier...

Murder by Contract (1958) d'Irving Lerner

Petit polar en dehors des sentiers battus, tourné en sept jours, avec un héros à la coule - à l'image de cette petite musique légère comme une moussaka grecque. Irving Lerner n'a pas l'air de bénéficier d'énormes moyens et contourne aisément les séquences...
